Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 37 years for Senior Scientist post and 32 years for scientist post as on 31-03-2013. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.E / M.Tech/ MS/ Ph.D in relevant field with desired experience in the relevant field. For post wise details refer to the notification.
Application fee: Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.100/- for each post the form of Demand Draft should be drawn in the name of Director, NAL and payable in Bangalore. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD and regular employees of CSIR are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Test/ Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates may apply online through the website www.nal.res.in. After applying online candidates should take the print of the application form. The print out copy of Online Application Registration Form duly signed together with recent passport size photograph, Application fee along with all relevant documents should be sent in a sealed cover super scribing “Application for the post of Senior Scientist / Scientist, Post Code No._______, Advt.No.1/2013” to The Sr Controller of Administration, CSIR National Aerospace laboratories, Post No.1779, HAL Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore – 560 017 (Karnataka) on or before 31-03-2013.

1. Candidates can log on to the website www.nal.res.in.
2. Click on Jobs menu. Before you start applying, you must first register using the login menu
3. Your username will be your mail id, and your password can be any text of suitable length.
4. Once registered,return by using the sign in option and entering your username and password.
5. The apply option leads you to the four screens used to complete your application.
6. Fill these screens one by one and press the submit button to move to the next screen.
7. The logout option helps you quit your session gracefully.
8. After submission of online application take a printout of your application.
9. Affix your photo, sign the declaration and post the print out with your Demand Draft along with all relevant documents as mentioned above.
