Instructions for Online Application:
1. First Candidates have to scan their photo and signature.
2. Log on to the website http://ojas.guj.nic.in under “Online Apply” link from 24-05-2013, 13.00 Hours to 08-06-2013 up to 13.00 Hours.
3. Click on Apply Online. Select the Post of Dental Surgeon.
4. Apply Now by submitting all mandatory details.
5. Click YES/No in Self Declaration.
6. Then Click on Data Save and note down the application number generated.
7. By rechecking candidates can edit application and then click on confirm button.
8. Upload the photo and signature.
9. Click on Confirm Application.
10. Take print of Challan and make the payment.
