Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess First class M.Sc. in Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Life Science or B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology/ Food Processing Engineering or equivalent degree with good academic records with adequate experience.
