1. Multi literal Workers: 19 posts
2. General Doctor in Laboratories: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 to 35 Years for General candidates, 18 to 37 Years for OBC/BC candidates & 18 to 40 Years for SC/ST candidates for Multi literal workers posts & 40 Years for General Doctor in Laboratory posts.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess 10+2/ Intermediate with Science Subjects for Sr. No. 1 posts & Graduate Degree from recognized university with Science (Biology/ Micro Biology/ Bio Chemistry) along with 01 Year relevant practical experience in medical/ biological laboratories for Sr. No. 2 posts

Application Fee: General/ OBC/ BC Candidates must pay Rs.400/- (Rs.200/- for SC/ST Candidates) as application fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of District Rural Health Society (NVBDCP) Dhanbad in National Bank of Dhanbad.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in prescribed format as shown in the notification. Fill the application, affix photograph, attest signature and attach copies of all documentary proofs in supporting to age, caste, educational and technical qualification certificates, self addressed envelope containing Rs.39/- stamps must  be sent to the District Malaria officer – Cum – Secretary, District Rural Health Society (Malaria Control Program) Sadar Hospital Surroundings, Court Turnings, Dhanbad – 826001 on or before 18-03-2013.
