MoES Recruitment 2013 – Walk in for Various Vacancies: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) under Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) has issued notification against recruitment of 09 various vacancies under programme on Seismicity and Earthquake Precursor on contractual basis in India Meteorological Department. Eligible candidates may walk in for Interview from 29-01-2013 to 31-01-2013. MoES Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 09
Name of Post: 
1. Project Scientist ‘C’: 01 post
2. Project Scientist ‘B’: 02 posts
3. Research Associate: 02 posts
4. Research Fellow: 02 posts
5. Personal Assistant: 02 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age must be below 35 years for Project Scientist ‘C’ posts, 30 years for Project Scientist ‘B’, Research Associate, Personal Assistant posts, and 28 years for Research Fellow posts. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in Geology/ Geophysics/Seismology for Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, 4 posts, Graduation from a recognized university, Stenography speed at 80 w.p.m. in English Personal Assistant posts.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates have to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, enclose age, caste and educational qualification certificates and bring it along with original certificates to the following address Ministry of Earth Sciences, “Prithvi  Bhavan”, Opposite India Habitat Centre, Gate No.-2, Lodi Road, New Delhi – 110003 on the prescribed dates.
