1. Associate Professor: 01 post
2. Reader: 01 post
3. Fellow: 02 posts
4. Technical officer I: 02 posts
5. Senior Technical Assistant: 01 Post
6. Assistant Administrative Officer: 01 Post
7. Assistant: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age must be 45 years for Associate Professor Post, 40 years for Reader Post, 30 years for Technical officer I Posts and 35 years for remaining all posts.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess PG in Physics, Geo Physics, Atmospheric and Space Physics, Geo-magnetism, Mathematics, Geology Physics in their concerned subjects for Sr. No. 1 to 5 posts, Degree in Arts, Commerce, Science for Sr. No. 6, 7 posts.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs.100/- by crossed demand draft in favor of Indian Institute of Geomagnetism.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in a prescribed format as shown in the notification or can be downloaded from the www.iigm.res.in Fill the application, affix photograph, self addressed cover, DD, relevant certificates and send them to Indian institute of geomagnetism, Plot No. 5, Sector 18, Kalamboli Highway, New Panvel : (W)  Navi Mumbai – 410218 on or before 12-02-2013.
