Chandigarh Administration Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 16
Names of Posts:
1. Steno-Typist:  01 Post
2. Clerks: 10 Posts
3. Librarian: 01 post
4. Driver: 01 post
5. Peon: 03 posts

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years for Sr. No. 1, 2, 3, 5 posts and 20 to 25 years for Driver Post. Age Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree and proficiency in operation of computer and a speed of 80/35 WPM in Stenography/ Typing (English) and a speed 20 WPM in translating the same on Computer for Steno Typist & Clerks Posts, Diploma in Library Science for Librarian Post, Matriculate from a recognized Board, Valid Driving License of Light Transport Vehicles (LTV) for Driver Post, Middle Standard from a recognized Board/Institution for Peon Posts.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 100/- as application fee in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized Bank in favor of Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration payable at Chandigarh.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in Written Test and interview. For Driver Post Written test/Driving Test/ Interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format, given in the notification fill that form completely, affix attested copy of passport size photograph on it 2 self addressed envelopes (size 23 X 10 cm) with postage stamp of Rs. 6/-and sent along with the relevant documents/ testimonials to the Office of Home Secretary, Chandigarh Administration, Deluxe Building, U.T. Secretariat, 4th Floor, Sector 9-D, Chandigarh on or before 21-01-2013.
