ITBP Recruitment 2014 – 496 Constable Posts: Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt of India invites applications for the recruitment of 496 Constable (Tradesmen) Vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply on or before 15-05-2014 and 22-05-2014 for candidates in remote areas. Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 23 years (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 16-05-1991 and not later than 16-05-1996) for Sl No 1, 2 & 3 and 18 years to 25 years (Candidates should not have been born earlier than 16-05-1989 and not later than 16-05-1996) for Sl No 4 to 8 as on 15-05-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EXS/ Government servants.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 10th Class pass from a recognized Board, Two years work experience in respective trade for Sl No 1, 2 & 3 and 10th Class pass from a recognized Board for remaining.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on Height Bar, Race, PST, Trade Test, Written test, Merit test, Checking of Documents, Detailed Medical Exam.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.50/- in form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamp (CRFS) stamps are available at the counter of all Post Offices and Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got canceled from the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the issuing Post Office and no fee for women candidates of SC/ ST/ EXS.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with Attested copies of Educational Certificate, Date of birth Certificate, Professional/ Experience Certificate, Domicile Certificate issued by local revenue authorities, Discharge certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen, One,latest passport size photograph (Pasted on application form), CRFS and by superscribing the envelope as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF CONSTABLE/ (_________) IN ITBP” and send to Inspector General (Northern) Ftr, HQrs ITB Police Force, PO-Seemadwar Dist Dehradun (Uttarakhand) Pin code-248146 on or before 15-05-2014 and 22-05-2014 for candidates in remote areas.
