Candidates should possess Degree in BAMS/ BHMS/ BUMS with Ayush/ Unani/
Homeopathy Medical Board Registration No for S.NO.1 & 2,
B.Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy with Pharmacy Council Registration No
for S.NO.3, MPHW Female Course with Nursing Council Registration No for
S.NO.4.
