PGCIL Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for Executive Trainees (Electrical) Vacancies:
Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has issued notification
for recruitment of the Executive Trainees in Electrical Discipline.
Eligible candidates before applying for PGCIL have to apply for
GATE-2014 from 02-09-2013 to 03-10-2013. The candidates who have
appeared in GATE-2014 can apply online for PGCIL from first week of
January 2014 to second week of February 2014. Other details like age

PGCIL Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Executive Trainees (Electrical)

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 28 years as on 31-12-2013.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess full time B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) from
recognized University/ Institute in the discipline of Electrical/
Electrical (Power)/ Electrical and Electronics/ Power Systems
Engineering.
Qualifying Marks in GATE-2014:
The qualifying marks for GATE Examination shall be as per the criteria
adopted by the GATE-2014 examination conducting authority for different
categories.
Selection Process:
Candidates would be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion
& Personal Interview based on their marks (Out of 100) in the EE
paper of GATE – 2014.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates should register themselves and appear for GATE – 2014 in
Electrical Discipline (Code EE) from 02-09-2013 to 03-10-2013 up to
23:59 hrs through the website http://gate.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014.
Candidates for join in PGCIL have to register themselves online at
POWERGRID website with details of their GATE -2014 Application No.,
GATE-2014 Registration Number and other required information at Career
section of www.powergridindia.com from 07-01-2014 onwards.

Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has released
notification for recruitment of the Dy. Manager (Finance &
Accounts), Accounts Officer vacancies. Eligible candidates can send
their applications on or before 01-02-2014. Other details like age
limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are

Age Limit: Candidates

Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess B.Com with Ist class/ division and passed the
final examination of CA / ICWA with demonstrable skill in use of MS
Office and Windows.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in personal interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay the application fee of Rs.400/-through a
non-refundable A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “Power Grid
Corporation of India Ltd.”, payable at New Delhi (preferably drawn on
State Bank of India). SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from the
payment of application fees.

01-02-2014. After submission of online applications, take print out of
the submitted application form, affix photograph, and send along with
bank draft, photocopies of B. Com. Passing certificate & Mark sheets
showing class/ division. CA/ICWA inter & final passing certificate
and marksheets, etc in an envelope super scribed ” Application for the
