Office of the Commissioner of Excise Vacancy Details:

Name of the Posts: Excise Constable
1. Male: 16 posts
2. Female: 06 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 27 years as on 01-01-2013 & upper age limit is relaxable for 5 year for SC/ ST Candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed SSLC or its equivalent conducted by any board of School Education by the Govt of Meghalaya.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on physical test, written test, personal interview.

Application Fee: A Fee of Rs.20/- (Rs.10/- for SC/ ST candidates) in form of IPO in favor of The Commissioner of Excise, Meghalaya, Shillong.

How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with IPO, photocopies of certificates in proof of age, qualification, recent passport size photographs to The Subordinate Offices in the District Concerned, Assistant Commissioner of Excise, East Khasi Hills District on or before 18-07-2013.
