3. Radiographer: 04 Posts
4. Laboratory Technician (Pathology and Malaria): 29 Posts
5. MPHW (M): 27 Posts
6. MPHW (F): 64 Posts
7. Pharmacist: 11 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 21-32 years as on 01-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Diploma in GNM/ B.Sc Nursing, DMRT, DMLT, Diploma in Pharmacy, Course in MPHW, registered with Odisha Nursing Council/ Odisha Pharmacy Council.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on merit basis as per marks obtained in the examination of required qualification.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with attested copies of relevant certificates, attested passport size color photograph, one self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs.25/- (affixed) enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the name of the post applied so as to reach Chief District Medical Officer, Khordha on or before 15-07-2013.
