Name of the Posts:
1. Staff Nurse: 29 posts
2. Radiographer: 03 posts
3. Laboratory Technician: 13
4. MPHW (Male): 21 posts
5. MPHW (Female): 52 posts
Age Limit: Candidates age must not below 21 years and not above 32 years as on 01-06-2013. SC/ ST & SEBC are relaxable up to 5 years, and 10 years for physically handicapped/ Ex- Serviceman candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in GNM course/ B.Sc Nursing for S.No 1 post, Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) for S.No 2 post, Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) for S.No 3 post, Diploma in Pharmacy for S.No 4 post & MPHW (F) training courses for S.No 5 post.
Selection Process: Selection will be made on merit basis as per marks obtained in the examination of required qualification.
How to Apply: Interested and eligible candidates may submit the application form in prescribed form along with attested passport size photograph duly pasted on the application, copies of mark sheets, Registration, Caste, Residence, Copy of valid employment registration Certificates & One self addressed envelope (size 24″ x 10″) with postage stamp of Rs 25/- on or before 15-07-2013 by Registered post/ Speed post/ Courier to Chief District Medical Officer, Jajpur.
