PSCWB Recruitment 2012 – 111 Various Vacancies: West Bengal Public Service Commission (PSCWB) has issued notification against recruitment of 111 various vacancies. 1. Assistant Master (Bengali Medium) – 28 vacancies
2. Assistant Master (English Medium) – 32 vacancies
3. Assistant Master (Urdu Medium) – 08 vacancies
4. Assistant Mistress (Bengali Medium) – 15 vacancies
5. Assistant Mistress (English Medium) – 12 vacancies
6. Pass Graduate Teacher (Bengali Medium) – 10 vacancies
7. Drawing Mistress (Bengali Medium) – 01 vacancy
8. Music Mistress (Bengali Medium) – 01 vacancy
9. Maintenance Superintendent – 01 vacancy
10. Agricultural Marketing Officer (Jute Grading) – 01 vacancy
11. Assistant Librarian – 02 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates applying for posts from 1 to 8 must be of age below 32 years and age of candidates applying for posts 9 and 10 must be age below 35 years. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 01-01-2012 and upper age limit would be relaxable as per Govt rules for reserved candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Degree/Diploma (Arts), B.L.Sc, B.SC (Agriculture), Diploma (Engg), PG Degree in relevant discipline. Candidates are asked to go through the notification for the details of post wise required educational qualification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 160/- in form of Indian Postal Order crossed and endorsed to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, or by a receipted Challan from Govt. Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata under the head “0051-00-105-State PSC Examination fees-001-Examination fees-16 other fees”. The Postal Orders should be made payable at G.P.O., Kolkata. SC/ST/candidates of WB and PWD candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening Test, Preliminary Examination and/or Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe “(i) Advertisement No. (ii)  Item No. & (iii) Name of the post applied for”  on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, 161-A, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata – 700026 on or before 03-10-2012.
