NIN Recruitment 2012 – Various Vacancies: National Institute
of Nutrition (NIN) under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has released an
advertisement inviting applications for 18 various posts. Candidates meeting the
eligibility criteria may apply for the desired post through prescribed
application format on or before 30-09-2012. Other details like age limit,
educational qualification, application fee details, selection process and how to

1. Technical Officer A (Technical) – 02 vacancies
2. Technical Assistant (Technical) – 04 vacancies
3. Technician C (Technical) – 02 vacancies
4. Technical Assistant (Engg. Support) – 02 vacancies
5. Technician C (Engg. Support) – 02 vacancies
6. Technician A (Engg. Support) – 06 vacancies
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 35 years for Technical Officer A posts, below 30 years for Technical Assistant and Technician C posts and below 28 years for Technician A post. These age limits would be reckoned as on 01-09-2012. Relaxations in upper age limit would be extended as per Govt rules for reserved category candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess 10+2 and relevant ITI for Technician A post, 10+2 and relevant Diploma for Technician C post and relevant Diploma/Science Graduation for Technical Assistant post. For more details refer to the notification.
Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates require to pay Rs. 25/- whereas SC/ST/EXSM/PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee. General and OBC candidates would require to pay application fee in form of crossed Demand Draft which must be payable at Hyderabad and must be drawn in favour of Director, National Institute of Nutrition.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates from all the applicants will be selected on the basis of Test and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Interested candidates would require to apply for the desired post by downloading the application format, filling it with all mandatory details, attaching photograph, attesting signature, super scribing the Sl No. and the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and sending it along with copies of all relevant certificated which must be attested by Gazetted Officer and DD, to National Institute of Nutrition, (Indian Council of Medical Research) Department of Health Research Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI Jamai – Osmania, Hyderabad – 500 007 so as to reach on or before 30-09-2012.
