Vacancies: High Court of Judicature at Bombay is inviting applications
for 66 Stenographer posts Higher/Lower Grade for preparation of Select List and
Wait List. Eligible candidates with required eligibility may apply through
prescribed format on or before 17-09-2012. Other details like age limit,

Bombay High Court Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 66
Name of Post: Stenographer
Higher Grade:
1. Select List – 13 candidates
2. Wait List – 13 candidates
Lower Grade:
1. Select List – 20 candidates
2. Wait List – 20 candidates
Age Limit: Candidates must be of age above 21 years and below 33 years to be eligible to apply for the posts as on the date of publication. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Application Fee Details: Candidates must pay application fee in form of Postal Order of Rs.100/ drawn in the name of “The Registrar [Personnel], High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay”.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Shorthand Test, Typing Test and Viva voce.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe Application for the post of ’Stenographer (Higher Grade)’ and/or ‘Stenographer (Lower Grade) on the envelope and send it along with payment receipt and Copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Registrar (Personnel), High Court, Appellate Side, 3rd Floor, P.W.D. Candidates must possess University Degree/Degree in Law must qualify Govt Commercial Certificate Examination
& must possess Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word
processors in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word,
Wordstar7 and Open Office Org.
