JKPSC Jobs 2012 – J & K Combined Competitive Main Exam 2012:
Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) invites
applications from permanent residents of Jammu and Kashmir State for the
Main Examination of J&K Combined Competitive Examination, 2012 for
direct recruitment. Candidates who are qualified in the Combined
Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2012 are only eligible to apply.
Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format on
or before 04-10-2012. The other details like Age Limit, Educational

JKPSC Vacancy Details:
Total No of Vacancies: 65
Names of Services:
1. Junior Scale of J & K Administrative Service: 35 posts
2. J&K Accounts (G) Service: 22 posts
3. J&K Police (G) Service: 08 posts
Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 21 years to 35 years as on 01-01-2012. (Age relaxation extended as per government rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have qualified the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination, 2012 and must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University in India or from a Foreign University declared by Government in consultation with the Commission to be equivalent to a degree of a recognized University.
Application Fee Details: Application Fee would be Rs. 510/- for OM candidates and Rs. 260/- for Reserved candidates respectively on cash payment to be deposited in the J&K Bank Counters established at the offices of the Commission at Jammu/ Srinagar. The amount payable should include 100/- of the form and Rs. 10/- service charges of the J & K Bank.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Exam and Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to obtain application forms from office of JKPSC, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi nagar, Jammu/Polo Ground Srinagar on cash payment of Rs. 510/- and Rs. 260/- in case of reserved candidates. Fill the application form clearly and submit it along with all relevant enclosures to Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu/Polo Ground, Srinagar on or before 04-10-2012.
