Age Limit: Candidates age should be 52 years for General Manager (E8), Jt. General Manager (E7), Dy. General Manager (E6), 50 years for Asst. General Manager (E5), Sr. Manager (E4), 45 years for Manager (E3), Dy. Manager (E2) & Asst Manager (E1) as on 12-10-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL)/ PwD candidates as per Govt. Guidelines.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Degree in Civil/ Metallurgical Engineering or Graduation with 2 years PG Degree/ Diploma in Sociology/ Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management/ IR or MBA in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with relevant experience from a recognized University.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
