Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 25 years, and maximum 35 years for UR, 37 years for BC category-I/ BC category-II, 38 years for Female (UR/ BC-I, BC-II), 40 years for SC/ ST (Male & Female) as on 01-08-2015. Refer the notification for complete details.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma/ MD/ M.S/ D.N.B or equivalent in relevant medical discipline recognized by Indian Medical Council or State government (As per the Corriggendum candidates should have Post Graduation Degree/ Diploma in relevant discipline or DNV discipline & must be Registered as Doctor).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based upon their academic performance, Exam and Interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Online/ Offline Mode.
Online Mode: BC-I/ BC-II candidates has to pay Rs.450/- (Rs.400/- for Exam Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) & SC & ST candidates of Jharkhand has to pay Rs.150/- (Rs.100/- for Exam Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) through any branch of State Bank of India, Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking/ Cash Card/ Wallet.
Offline Mode: Those who are paying through offline mode they need to download chhallan from the website www.jpsc.gov.in through SBI Lalpur Branch, Ranchi, Ac.No. 35188236679, Branch Code: 12623, IFSC Code: SBIN0012623. Handicapped candidates (minimum 40% of Disability) are exempted from exam fee
