Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 37 years for Post 1 and 32 years for Post 2 as on 01-06-2014. The upper age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC Candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess M.B.B.S degree with P.G degree/ diploma in the concerned specialty for Post 1 and M.B.B.S degree for Post 2 with relevant post qualification experience and have Medical Council of India or State Medical Council registration..

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test/ Interview.

Processing Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs 250/- for General/ OBC candidates, paid in any of the branches of State Bank of India, into Power Jyoti A/c No 30855948540 of HET Piplani Branch Bhopal 22 (Code No 0519) drawn in favour of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Bhopal. The triplicate challan form can be downloaded from the website. No Fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website http://careers.bhelbpl.co.in:7001/atr_doctor/atr_main.jsp or http://www.careers.bhel.in from 28-06-2014 to 19-07-2014. After submitting online, take print out of acknowledgement slip and send it along with self attested copies of documents mentioned in notification and fee challan, in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of SMO (Specialization)/ GDMO” addressed to Post Box No 35, Post Office Piplani, BHEL, Piplani, Bhopal 462022 on or before 26-07-2014 and 02-08-2014 for remote areas.

2. Click on desired post.
3. Click on New Applicant —> Apply.
4. Fill all the mandatory details and Submit.
5. You may get system generated acknowledge number.
6. Login by using acknowledge number and date of birth.
7. Take print out of acknowledge slip and send it along with mentioned enclosures.
