1. Technical assistant Grade I
2. Technical Assistant Grade III
3. Technician Grade II

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess  B.Sc. Geology for Post 1,Deep Sea Driver Certificate/ Engine Room Artificer (Mechanical) of Indian Navy with minimum 3 years experience in Marine Engine Overhauling and Maintenance for Post 2, ITI Certificate and Three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for Post 3.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay the Registration fee (for General/ OBC category is Rs.500 and Rs.100 for SC/ST category) by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Cochin University of payable at State Bank of Travancore, Cochin University Branch or by direct remittance at the Cash Counter of Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected based on Interview.

Completed applications with DD, proof for age, educational qualifications, experience, community etc should reach the ‘Registrar, Administrative Office, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi-22 on or before 15-03-2013 with the superscription on the envelope “Application for the post of (name of the post) on contract basis in Department of Ship Technology”. Candidates applying for various posts may send separate applications.
