NISER Recruitment 2013 – Scientific Officer Vacancies: National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) has been setup atBhubaneswar by the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India invites applications for direct recruitment of 02 Scientific Officer vacancies. 1. Scientific Officer ‘E’: 01 post
2. Scientific Officer ’D’: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years for scientific Officer ’E’ post, upper age limit is 35 years for Scientific Officer ’D’ post. Ages will be as on the 28-02-2013. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess Ph.D in physics especially in the areas of experimental high energy heavy-ion collisions with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade both at graduation and post graduation level for Scientific Officer ’E’ post, M.Sc in Physics with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade both at graduation and post graduation level, or M.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical branch(after B.Tech or M.Sc)with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade both at graduation and post graduation level for Scientific Officer ’D’ post.

Selection Process: Candidate will be selected based on the performance in written test / interview.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay a non-refundable demand draft of Rs.200/- drawn in favour of ‘Finance Officer NISER” payable atBhubaneswar. Candidates are advised to write their name and post applied for on the back side of the demand draft.
 
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the given format with one recent color passport size self attested photographs should be affix on the place given in the application form and two additional photographs (without attestation)should be enclosed along the application form, and demand draft, self attested copies of all certificates should enclose and the envelope containing the application should be super scribed as ’Application for the post of ___“name of post” and advertisement No.ESTT./Rct.-NA/01-2013” send to the Recruitment cell, National Institute of Science Education& Research, Institute of physics campus, Sachivalaya Marg, P.O : Sainik School, Bhubaneswar-751005,Odisha on or before 28-02-2013.
