Educational Qualifications: Candidates
should possess Master Degree (M.Tech,MSc,MS) in Electronics / Physics /
Electronic Material Science or equivalent with strong aptitude and
liking for Semiconductor Devices and Programming and should have first
class in the qualifying degree, Should have experience in Compound
Semiconductor for a minimum period of three years beyond Graduate
Degree.
