The CGCRI-G&C R I is 4th oldest Research and Development (R&D)
Laboratory under the CSIR, DSIR, Ministry of Science & Technology,
Government of India. CSIR-CGCRI is dedicated to achieve scientific
leadership in the area of advanced ceramics and specialty glasses. The
institute invites applications from bonafide Indian citizens for filling

Age Limit: Candidates
age must not exceed 37 years for ST Candidates and 35 years for OBC
candidates as on 15-03-2013. Age relaxations will be extended as per the
rules.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must possess ME/M.Tech (Chemical/ Metallurgical/ Ceramic
Engineering) or Ph.D (Sc) (Chemical Science, Physical Science,
Electronics & Material Science).
Application Fee:
Candidates must pay Rs.100/- as application fee in the form of Demand
Draft drawn in favor of “CGCRI, Kolkata” Payable at Kolkata preferably
at SBI JU Branch Code No.0093. No fee for ST Candidates.

request along with a self addressed envelope of the size 23×11 cms
affixed with Rs.10/- postage stamps.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening test/seminar presentation.

qualifications, experience and DD must be sent by super scribing the
