Age Limit: Candidates age must be 55 years for Librarian & Director posts, age will be treated as per the norms of UGC for Reader (Associate Professor) posts, 50 years for Deputy Registrar posts, 55 years for Internal Audit Officer posts, 35 years for remaining all posts.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in Library Science /Information Science/Documentation or its equivalent for Sr. No. 1 post, Ph.D. in Physical Education for Sr. No. 2 posts, Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines for Sr. No. 3 posts, Master’s degree or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC seven point scale for Sr. No. 4 posts, Officers holding analogous posts for Sr. No. 5 posts, B.E./B.Tech Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Technology/ Mechanical Engineering for Sr. No. 6 posts, Degree of a recognized university for Sr. No. 7 posts, Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation Technology/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized Institution for Sr. No. 8 posts.

Application Fee: RS 500/- for General/OBC candidates and RS 125/- for PH/SC/ST candidates. Fee is to be paid by demand draft, drawn in favor of Registrar, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (Madhya Pradesh) payable at State Bank of India, University Branch, branch Code – 1143.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of direct recruitment/ Contract/ Direct Recruitment based on Written Test, Skill Test and Interview.
