Mizoram University Recruitment 2013 – 56 Teaching Staff Vacancies: Mizoram University is a Central University being set up on modern standards with excellent academic infra structure and research facilities including a Central Analytical and Preparatory Facility. Mizoram University of Aizwal has issued notification for filling up of teaching staff vacancies in Kendriya Vidyalaya which has been set up for education of the children of employees. Eligible candidates can apply in a prescribed format on or before 08-02-2013. Educational Qualifications:
1. For Librarian Post: Candidates must possess Master’s Degree in Library Science or Information Science or Documentation.
2. For Arts, Humanities, Sciences, social Sciences, Commerce Education, Languages and Mass Communication:
a. Candidates must possess 55% marks at Master’s Degree in the concerned subject along with NET/SLET qualified for Assistant Professor Posts.
b. Ph. D , 55% marks in Master’s Degree and a minimum consolidated score requirement of 300 points from category III of the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on the PBAS for Associate Professor posts.
c. An eminent Scholar in Ph. D and a minimum consolidated score requirement of 400 points from category III of the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on the PBAS for Professor posts. Candidates can please refer notification for remaining posts qualifications.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- as application fee in the form of demand draft drawn in favor of Registrar, Mizoram University on State Bank of India, Aizwal Main Branch may be submitted to the Deputy Registrar, Administration – I, Recruitment Cell – I, Mizoram University by paying Rs.50/- The Prescribed fee may be paid directly to the Finance Department, Mizoram University, Aizwal.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates have to apply through the prescribed format as shown in the notification. Fill the application with all mandatory details along with Mizoram University Data Sheet, API Score Sheet, DD and other relevant certificates must be enclosed.
