PGCIL Recruitment 2013 – 47 Field Engineer  & Supervisor Posts: Power Grid Corporation of India limited a leading Navaratna PSU under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India has issued notification for filling up of 47 Field Engineer &  Field Supervisor posts on contract basis. Eligible candidates can apply in a prescribed application format on or before 10-01-2013.  For more details regarding age limit, educational qualifications, selection process and how to apply are mentioned below….

PGCIL Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Vacancies: 47
Name of the Post: 
1. Field Engineer: 17 posts
2. Field Supervisor: 30 posts

Age Limit: Candidates age must be between 18 to 29 years as on 10-01-2013. Relaxations will be extended as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess B. E/B.Tech/B. Sc (Engg)/AMIE in Electronics and Communication discipline for Field Engineer posts, Diploma in Engineering in Electronics and Communication discipline for Field Supervisor posts.

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Rs. 200/- for Field Engineer posts and Rs. 100/- for Field Supervisor posts as application fee in the form of Demand Draft of State Bank of India drawn in favor of “Power Grid Corporation of India Limited” payable at Kolkata. No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serviceman.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Personnel Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply in a prescribed format as shown in the notification. Fill the application with necessary details, affix photograph, enclose the copies of age, caste, qualification, PWD and experience certificates along with DD by super scribing the envelope as “Application for post code_______ in Power Grid, ER-II” and send it to the Chief Manager (HR), Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Eastern Region – II Head Quarter, J-1-15, EP Block, Sector – V, Salt Lake, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata – 700091 on or before 10-01-2013.
