Northern Railway Recruitment 2012 – Sports Personnel in Delhi & Firozpur Divisions: Northern Railway invites applications for the Recruitment of Sports Personnel in Firozpur Division & Delhi Division against Sports Quota. In Delhi Division:
1. Medium Pacer (Cricket) – 01 Post
2. Forward (Football) – 01 Post
In Firozpur Division:
3. Athlete – 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate should have minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years as on 01-01-2013 for Medium Pacer (Cricket) and Forward (Football) Posts and not below 18 years and not above 25 years as on 30-11-2012 for Athletic Post.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must pass 10th Class and relevant sports qualification.

Application Fee: 
For Medium Pacer (Cricket) and Forward (Football): Candidates need to pay Rs.40/- for General & OBC candidates (SC/ ST candidates are exempted from fee). The fee should be drawn through Indian Postal Order payable at New Delhi in the name of Divisional Sports Association, Northern Railway, Delhi division through Postal DAK only.
For Athletic (Male): Candidates need to pay examination Fee of Rs. 40/- (Rs.10/- for SC/ ST candidates) crossed IPO/Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Senior Divisional Finance Manager, Northern Railway, Firozpur Cantt.

Selection Process: Selection will be done on the basis of performance in trial of sports performance and interview.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application format as given in the notification, fill it with all given mandatory details, affix passport size photograph on it and sent along with relevant enclosures, two latest passport size photographs duly attested by a gazetted officer, attested copies of relevant certificates, examination fee must be reach to the sports cell, welfare branch divisional railway manager’s office, Northern railway, state entry road, New Delhi-110055 on or before 15-11-2012 for Delhi Division and to Senior Divisional Personnel Officer/Recruitment, N.Rly, DRM Office, Firozpur Cantt on or before 30-11-2012 for Firozpur Division.
