East Central Railway Recruitment 2012 – Various Vacancies: East Central Railway (ECR) invites applications from the eligible and outstanding sports persons for filling up of 26 vacancies against Sports Quota. ECR Vacancy Details:
Total Number of Vacancies: 26
Requirement of Players in HQ/ECR, Hajipur
Grade pay Rs. 2800/- & Rs. 2400: 03 Posts
Grade pay Rs. 2000/- & Rs. 1900: 09 Posts
Grade Pay Rs. 1800: 04 Posts
Requirement of Players in all the 05-Divisions of ECR
Grade Pay Rs. 1800/-: 10 Posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2013. No relaxation in upper or lower age limit will be given.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Matriculation/ ITI/ Intermediate/ Graduation or equivalent from a recognized University. For more details candidate should refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay examination fees of Rs. 60/- for Grade Pay Rs. 2800/2400 and Rs. 40/- for Grade Pay Rs. 2000/1900 & Rs. 1800. Fee can be paid in the form of IPO/Demand Draft in favour of “FA & CAO, East Central Railway” & payable at Hajipur. Female/SC / ST and Minority candidates are exempted from Examination Fee.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Trial/Interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe “Application against Sports Quota”, Employment Notice No. ECR/HRD/Rectt/Sports Quota (Open Advt.)/2012-13 & Sports Discipline on the top of the envelope and send along with relevant documents attested by Gazetted officer to the respective address as mentioned in the notification on or before 21-11-2012 by ordinary post.
