Age Limit: Candidate age must be between 18 to 38 years as on 01-01-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess VIII Class.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application along with relevant copies to the Joint Director of Health Services, Concerned District on or before  08-11-2012. The name of the post and the name of the Model Hospital should be clearly mentioned on the top of the envelop as well as on the Standard Form.
