ASRB Recruitment 2012 – 207 Various Vacancies: Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB) has issued notification against recruitment of 207 Various Scientific Vacancies under different institutes of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. 1. Deputy Director General: 02 posts
2. National Director: 01 post
3. Assistant Director General: 02 posts
4. Director: 02 posts
5. Zonal Project Director: 01 post
6. Joint Director: 01 post
7. Head of Division: 12 posts
8. Principal Scientist: 27 posts
9. Senior Scientist: 159 posts

Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 52 years for Principal Scientist post, below 47 years for Senior Scientist post and 60 years for all remaining posts as on 20-11-2012.

Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess Doctoral Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University. For more details candidate should refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Secretary, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

Selection Procedure: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview for those candidates who qualify in Screening Test as per the Score Card System adopted by ASRB.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the ICAR or ASRB website, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph, attest signature, super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope and send it along with DD, 2 envelopes, Photographs at appropriate places and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, Secretary, Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board, Krishi Anusandhan Bhawan I, Pusa, New Delhi – 110012 on or before 20-11-2012.
