Age Limit: Candidates’ age for those applying for posts 1 to 4, must be below 40 years, for post 5, 35 years and for post 6, 30 years. Crucial Date for determining age limit would be 21-09-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D/B.Sc/BE/B.Tech/M.Sc in relevant discipline /subject. For more details, refer to the notification.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee of Rs. 300/- (Rs. 75/- in case of SC/ST candidates) in form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai – 400 012. Females are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test, Personal Interview and Document Verification.
How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online through TMC website for the desired post and send the print of application form after successful submission to HRD Department on or before 21-09-2012.

2. Select the link ‘Please Click Here for Mandatory Online Application Facility’.
3. Read all Instructions carefully and select the New Application link to apply online.
4. Fill all marked details carefully, check once for errors and correct them if any.
5. Also enter the fee payment details which has been made before starting Online Application process and click on the ‘Save’ button to submit the application.
6. Take print of Application Form, attach photograph and attest signature and Super scribe the name of the post to be applied for on the envelope.
7. Send it along with DD and copies of all relevant certificates, to the following address, H.R.D. Officer, Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai-400 012.
