3. Public Relation Officer – 01 vacancy
4. Data Analyst – 01 vacancy
5. Data Entry Operator cum Office Assistant – 02 vacancies
6. CHPS Help Desk Personnel – 06 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be below 45 years for Technical Programme Coordinator post and below 35 years for remaining posts. The crucial date for determining age limit would be 01-08-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess MBA/MHA/MPH/MSW/BCA/B.Sc/PGDCA/MA in relevant discipline. Candidates are asked to refer to the notification for the details of post wise required educational qualification.

Selection Process: Eligible candidates from the candidates shortlisted after screening will be selected on the basis of Personal Interview. Written Examination can be conducted if felt necessary.

How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph and attest signature, bring it to State Health Resource Centre, Power Office Square, Kalibadi, Raipur, Chhattisgarh on 08-09-2012 for posts 1 to 3 and on 09-09-2012 for posts 4 to 6 from 09.30 am to 11.30 am.
