SSC Southern Region Recruitment 2012 – Group B & C Posts: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Southern Region Chennai has released a recruitment advertisement for recruiting 11 various vacancies in Group B and Group C posts. 6. Technical Officer III – 01 vacancy
7. Librarian & Information Assistant – 01 vacancy
8. Artist Grade II – 01 vacancy
9. Senior Library & Information Assistant – 01 vacancy
10. Instructor – 01 vacancy
Age Limit: Candidates’ age must be between 18 years and 25 years for posts 1, 4, 6 & 8, age must be below 30 years for posts 2, 7 & 9, between 18 years and 27 years for posts 3 & 5 and below 35 years for post 10. Age will be reckoned on 28-09-2012. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Intermediate/Graduate Degree/Master’s Degree in relevant discipline from recognised University. For post wise required educational qualification, go through the notification.
Application Fee Details: Applicants need to pay application fee in form of require to pay application fee of Rs. 50/- for any one of the posts. Fee must be paid in form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) in all post offices. SC/ST/EXSM/PWD/Women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates would be called for Written Proficiency Test and Personal Interview. Final selections would be made on the basis of performance in both Test and Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates need to download application format available in the notification, fill it with all mandatory details, attach photograph and attest signature. Then these applications should be sent along with CRFS attached, 2 photographs and copies of all relevant certificates.
