Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess B.Tech in ECE with valid GATE Score (preferably M.Tech in Communication Engineering and a valid GATE Score) for Post No. 01 & MSc/ MS/ MTech (Physics/ Applied Physics) with 1st class and having a valid GATE score or NET/JRF in Physical Sciences and Candidates appearing final semester M.Sc may also apply for Post No. 02.
