Age Limit: Candidates age should be not exceeding 35 years as on date of interview. Age Relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess PG Medical Degree/ Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized Medical Institute with 2 years experiences & MCI/ State MC Registration.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheques drawn in favour of “ESI Fund Account No.1″ payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ ST/ PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for walk in interview along with them original plus attested copies of MCI/ State MC Registration certificate, educational qualification certificates from matriculation onwards, experience certificate, caste certificate (if any), demand draft & two passport size photographs on 27 & 28-12-2016 at 10:00 AM.
