Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 28 years as on 06-02-2017. Relaxation of age will be applicable up to 05 years for SC/ ST and 03 years for OBC categories.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Full-Time Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical with minimum First Class or 60% Marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on GATE 2017 marks & personal interview.
Processing Fee: Candidates should have to pay of Rs. 340/- (Including Bank charges of Rs. 40/-) deposited at any nearest branch of State Bank of India (SBI) by using Challan fill up all the three parts (Banks copy, MDL Copy & Candidates copy) and Bank shall retain its copy (Bank’s copy) and return two parts (MDL’s copy and Candidate’s copy) of the Challan to the candidate. No fee for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online for GATE-2017 through the website www.gate.iitr.ernet.in from 01-09-2016 to 04-10-2016 & qualified candidates can apply online for Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd through the website www.mazagondock.gov.in from 06-01-2017 to 06-02-2017 & send their application with MDL’s Copy and challan in an envelope should be super scribed with “Advertisement Ref. No. & Post Applied for” through post or courier to the CM (HR-CR), Executives Recruitment Section, 02 nd Floor, Mazdock House Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, Dockyard Road, Mumbai – 400 010 on or before 21-02-2017 by 1700 hrs.

7. After submission of an application an user ID and a password will be generated on the screen, he/she should note down for future use.
8. Click on the button print application form.
9. The Application Form will generated by the system with a unique bar code & number printed on the format, which is the index number of the application.
10. Now take two printed copies of online application for future use.
