Age Limit: Candidates age should not be more than 40 years as on 01-01-2014. Upper age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ ST Category & 3 years for OBC Category candidates is applicable.
Educational Qualification: Candidates has to posses Masters Degree in Social Science/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Social Work (MSW)/ Business Administration (MBA)/ Economics/ Rural Development/ Mass Communication or Graduation Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years experience, in health projects.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on merit, experience, written test (50 Marks) & computer skill test (25 Marks).
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their application in prescribed format along with self attested photocopy of certificates regarding proof of date of birth, residence, qualification, experience, caste & recent passport size colour photograph in a self-addressed envelope (24cmX11cm) with postage stamp of Rs. 25/- affixed on it & write “Application for the Post of Block Asha Facilitator for…….Block” by registered post/ speed post with A.D to Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Malda Sadar, Malda, P.O & Dist-Malda, PIN-7321 01/ in person at a drop box kept at office on or before 05-10-2016 by 05:30 PM.
