Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be Not exceeding 30 years for S.No-4, below 27 years for S.No-5. Age relaxation will be as per Central Govt. norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D. With consistently good academic record for S.No-1, 2, 3, First class Bachelor’s (Honours) Degree in Sciences in relevant subject or equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute or First Class Diploma in Engineering in relevant field with excellent academic record or Post-graduate degree in science or B.E. / B.Tech. in relevant field from a recognized University or Institutefor S.No-4, Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board and ITI Course or Matric with at least 60% marks or Diploma in Engineering for S.No-5 with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written Test and Interview
