JPSC Recruitment 2015 – Apply Online for 71 Medical Officer Posts: Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), Ranchi has announced notification for the recruitment of 71 Medical Officer (Basic Cadre) Backlog Vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 15-04-2015 to 22-04-2015 till 12:00 am (Midnight) and send the hard copy on or before 29-04-2015 till 05:00 pm. Name of the Post: Medical Officer (Basic Cadre) (Backlog)
Name of the Category:
1. SC: 29 posts
2. ST: 07 posts
3. BC-I: 28 posts
4. BC-II: 07 posts

Age Limit: Candidates minimum age should be 22 years, 37 years for BC-I/ BC-II, 38 years for Women (UR/ BC-I/ BC-II) candidates, 40 years for SC/ ST (Men & Women) as on 01-01-2013.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess M.B.B.S. from recognized Medical Council of India.

Selection Process: Selection will be based on Exam, Interview/ Viva voce test.

Examination Fee: Candidates have to pay Online/ Offline Mode.
Online Mode: BC-I/ BC-II candidates has to pay Rs.468/- (Rs.400.50/- for Exam Fee + Rs. 17.50/- for Online Application Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) & SC & ST candidates of Jharkhand has to pay Rs.168/- (Rs.100.50/- for Exam Fee + Rs. 17.50/- for Online Application Fee + Rs.50/- for Bank Charges) through State Bank of India.
Offline Mode: Those who are paying through offline mode they need to download chhallan from the website www.jpsc.gov.in Handicapped candidates (minimum 40% of Disability) are exempted from exam fee but they have to pay Rs.17.50/- for Online Charges & Rs.50/- for Bank Charges.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply online through the website www.jpsc.gov.in from 15-04-2015 to 22-04-2015 till 12:00 am (Midnight). After applying online, take print out of the submitted online application form, signed on it and send along with self attested copies of relevant certificate, etc, enclosed in an envelope super scribed with “Application for the Post of Medical Officer Advt No.05/2013″, should reach through speed post/ registered post/ by hand to Controller of Examinations, Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), Circular Road, Ranchi-834 001 on or before 29-04-2015 till 05:00 pm.
