1. Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration): 01 post
2. General Manager (Finance): 01 post
3. General Manager (Marketing): 02 posts
4. Chief Legal Manager: 01 post
5. Manager (Law): 02 posts

Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit should be 52 years for S.No.1 post, 50 years for S.No.2 to 4 posts, 40 years for S.No.5 post as on 31-10-2014.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma with specialization in Human Resource with 14 years of post qualification for S.No.1 post, CA/ ICWA or MBA, two years, Full-time, with specialization in Finance from recognized Indian University/ Institute with 12 years of relevant post qualification experience in corporate financial management and accounts including cost and budgetary control, international trade finance, working capital management, implementation of financial policies for S.No.2 post, First Class degree in Engineering from Recognized University & 12 years of post qualification experience in managerial cadre out of which 8-10 years preferably in Marketing for S.No.3 post. Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
