Age Limit: Candidates maximum age should be 39 years for Manager, 42 years for Sr Manager, 38 years for OCT as on 01-10-2014. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Ceramic/ Refractory Engineering for Sl no 1 Post, Post Graduation in Chemistry or Degree in Chemical Engineering for Sl no 2 Post, Degree in Metallurgy/ Mechanical Engineering for Sl no 3 Post, Degree in Metallurgy Mechanical Engineering for Sl no 4 Post and refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.300/- for Sl no 1 to 4 Posts, Rs.100/- for remaining for bank draft drawn in favour of Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited payable at Bhubaneswar and no fee for SC/ ST candidates.
