Age limit: Candidates upper age limit is 65 years as on 01-05-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation or Intermediate (10+2) for Post 1, Intermediate (10+2) with Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent for Post 2, Bachelor’s degree or recognized sanitary inspector’s course for Post 3, Graduation with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent for Post 4, 10+2 with diploma in computer applications for Post 5, Graduation with certificate course in computer operation for Post 6, Graduation in Commerce for Post 7 and M.B.B.S or equivalent degree for Post 8.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Qualifying Examination.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in prescribed format along with two passport size photographs, attested copies of certificates mentioned in notification and two duly stamped self addressed envelopes of size 24 x 10 cm, in an envelope by mentioning category of posts applied for on top of envelope & application form, send by registered/ speed post addressed to Chief District Medical Officer, Cuttack, At Old Secretariat Campus, Buxibazar, Cuttack 753001 on or before 10-06-2014 by 05.00 PM.
