University of Hyderabad Vacancy Details:
Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Research Assistant

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have B.E. or B.Tech/ M.E./ M.Tech degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (or) M.Sc in Physics, Materials Science with NET/ GATE qualified and have minimum two years experience in SiC or related CVD/ PECVD Thin film deposition and characterization (XRD,AFM, Raman, Nano indentation etc.). If suitable GATE/ NET qualified candidates are not available with mentioned essential experience, qualified candidates can apply for Research Assistant post.

Selection Process: Candidates shortlisted will be called for Interview.
