Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 65 years for Sr.No:1 Posts, 21-32 years for Sr.No:2,3 Posts, 65 years for Sr.No:4 Posts as on 01-03-2014. Age relaxation will be 5 years for SC/ ST/ Women/ Ex servicemen candidates & 10 years for PH candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess MBBS for Sr.No:1 Posts, General Nursing & Mid Wifery/ any other higher Degree on Nursing for Sr.No:2 Posts, HSC Examination & should have completed ANM course from Institutions recognised by Govt for Sr.No:3 Posts, any Graduation with minimum 50% marks & DCA/ PGDCA for (Sr.No:4) Posts.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along with two copies of passport size colour photograph, attested copies of mark sheets & certificates of age, qualification, experience etc, the envelope must be superscribed as “Application for the Post (Name of the Post) on 12-03-2014 for DEO Posts & attend for interview along with applications, originals & attested copies of relevant documents on 11-03-2014 between 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
