Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess First or High second class Post Graduation degree in social sciences/ public policy/ economics/ statistics/ econometrics/ management/ rural management/ development studies/ ICT/ geo informatics/ natural resources management/ agriculture economics/ journalism & mass communication with Ph.D in relevant areas.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in interview.
