NIRT Chennai Recruitment – Walk in for Technician B & C, LDC & Other Posts: National Institute for Research in Tuberculosis (NIRT) Chennai invites applicants for recruitment of 26 Technician B & C, LDC & Other Posts to work under different projects on purely temporary and contract basis. Age Limit: Candidates age should not exceed 30 years for Technician C (Field Worker), Technical Assistant (Medical Social Work), Technician C (DEO Grade B), Technician C (Lab), Technical Assistant & Technical Assistant (Lab) and 28 years for Technician B (DEO Grade A), Accounts Assistant, Staff Nurse, LDC (Admin), Technician B (Grade-A) & DEO-B and 25 years for Laboratory Attendant. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates as per Govt of India norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board with one year Diploma in health related subject for Technician C (Field Worker) & Technician B (Lab Assistant) and 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent from a recognized board with one year Diploma/ Certificate course in Data Entry/ Computer applications for Technician B (Data Entry Operator Grade A) and refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to take Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.100/- drawn on any Nationalized bank in favour of Director, NIRT, Chennai and no fee for SC/ ST/ PH candidates.
