Age Limit: Candidates age should be up to 55 years for Sl No 1 to 5 and up to 50 years for Sl No 6 and Retired Govt/ Public Sector officers up to 65 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have MBBS, MD (in relevant field) or DCH from institution recognized by Medical council of India.

Selection Procedure: Candidates are selected based on written test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to take Bank Draft for Rs.200/- in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Society(NRHM), Yamuna Nagar payable at Yamuna Nagar.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format s duly filled in by the candidates in their own hand writing in capital letters and sent through Registered Post to the Dy. Civil Surgeon, NRHM, O/o Civil Surgeon, Yamunanagar, Pin-135001 on or before 07-02-2014 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and attend the interview along with original certificates on 10-02-2014 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
