Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 19-40 years of age as on 01-01-2014. Relaxation for age will be given for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates as per GOI norms.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Higher Secondary or equivalent exams (Science stream), Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Institution recognized by the Govt of WB.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in Higher Secondary or equivalent exams.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online at website http://www.wbhealth.gov.in/ from 29-01-2014 11:00 AM to 07-02-2014 up to 5:00 PM. Photo proof identity card (Passport or Voter ID or Adhar Card or Pan Card), Proof of Address (Passport or Voter ID Card or Adhar Card or Electric Bill of House, Ration Card), Age Proof Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent examination certificate), Caste Category Certificate (if any). In case of OBC candidates category ‘A’ or ‘B’ must be mentioned specifically in the caste certificate & last pay slip of the parents, all mark sheets starting from Higher Secondary onwards, all the experience certificates issued & stamped by the appropriate authority starting from oldest to latest copies should be bring at the time of verification.
