Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should be 40 years for General category as on 01-01-2014. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institute or equivalent qualification for male nurse.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs.500/- for General & OBC and Rs.300/- for SC/ST, in the form of bank draft drawn in favor of Director SGPGIMS, Lucknow payable at SBI (Code 7789) SGPGI Lucknow.
Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in written exam/ screening test/ Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online through the website http://www.sgpgi.ac.in from 07-01-2014 to 01-02-2014. After submission of online applications, take print out of the submitted application form and send it along with relevant documents in support of Application fee, age, qualification, experience, certificates in support of reservation (caste etc), enclosed in an envelope super scribed with the advertisement no. and name of the post, should reach by Registered/ Speed post only to RSD (Recruitment Cell), Administrative Building, Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow 226014 on or before 07-02-2014 by 05:00 PM.
